Professional experience

Aitor has been a practicing lawyer since 2000.

He founded GUEVARA Y MEDRANO ABOGADOS in 2011 after having developed extensive professional experience in the prestigious law firm Guevara y Jover Abogados.

Since his beginning in the practice of the profession he has focused on business law. He actively advises boards of directors ondecision-making matters, both groups of companies and family and medium-sized businesses.

He has extensive experience in corporate law, contracting (national and international), family protocols, shareholder agreements, purchase and sale operations of companies and business crisis situations. He is a non-director secretary of several companies and insolvency administrator. 

In the procedural field, he intervenes in judicial proceedings related to commercial and bankruptcy law in all its breadth, as well as in proceedings related to economic criminal law, having taken part in numerous processes of specialcomplexity in both commercial and economic criminal matters.
